is the Treasurer of Action for Sustainable Health and Agriculture, with 15 years of experience in trade, community mobilisation and sensitization, capacity building, Entrepreneurship, Cooperatives Management, Access to Finance and training of women informal cross border trade cooperatives.

Mr. Apollinaire, holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Kabale University, Uganda, in 2011 and currently doing Masters of Arts in Genocide Studies and Prevention at University of Rwanda.

He supports the efforts of the organization to mobilize resources and its efficient use. He as well provides strategic direction and leadership to the finance matters and is responsible for the preparation of institutional budgets, execution and reporting as well implementation of financial policies and procedures.
